Molten Static gathers charcoal, ivory, rust, amber and ink-black marks into a dense, mineral-like field, with scraped-looking strokes and small fragmentary shapes running across the uppers and around the high-top shafts. The women's high top canvas shoes have a lace-up silhouette with a padded collar, soft insole and breathable lining. A faux leather toe cap and EVA rubber outsole keep the finish clean, while the white laces and soles leave the artwork in focus. On the foot, the pair reads like moving shards of color beneath the lacing.
