Molten Menagerie twists burnished umber, charcoal, ochre and rust into dense, pebble-like forms, with small flashes of icy blue breaking through the dark ground. The pattern climbs from the rounded toes up the laced fronts and around the high sides, giving each shoe a richly worked, almost carved appearance. The high-top shape is made from polyester canvas, with a breathable lining, soft insole and padded collar. A faux leather toe cap, lace-up front and EVA rubber outsole keep the familiar sneaker profile intact. Together, they turn a pair of everyday steps into moving fragments of antique marbling.
