The navy, teal and icy-blue forms repeat at varied angles, gathering densely near the waistband and hem while leaving open white space between them; a few turtles appear to slip around the skirt’s sides. The skater skirt has a smooth fabric, flared silhouette and mid-thigh length, with an elastic waistband and coverstitch hemline. It moves like a small tide around the legs.
