The skater skirt has a soft, smooth fabric and a flared, mid-thigh silhouette; its elastic waistband keeps the line simple at the waist, while the coverstitch hem gives the edge a neat finish. As the skirt moves, the color shifts from bright pools to darker, graphic marks, like liquid color meeting midnight ink.
