Luminous Static packs electric rings, liquid brushstrokes and small flashes of cyan, violet, orange, lime and yellow into a midnight ground. Circular motifs cluster across the front, while violet and orange strokes break up the field with a sense of movement from waistband to hem. The skater skirt has a smooth fabric and an easy flare, ending at mid-thigh; its elastic waistband keeps the clean line comfortable. With its painterly color and rounded silhouette, it brings a little cosmic circuitry to a simple top and low-profile shoes.
