Luminous Ooze sends acid green, turquoise, lemon yellow, hot pink and ember orange through a black ground, its glossy ribbons curling into cellular loops and flecks. On the pencil skirt, the motifs flow continuously from the high waist down the close-fitting front, with a bright turquoise sweep cutting diagonally through the center and pink and orange pools surfacing at the sides and hem. Polyester and spandex give the mid-waist silhouette a soft, flexible feel; the hem curves slightly lower at the back, and the black care label keeps the inside discreet. It moves like neon caught in a current.
