Lucid Voltage begins in a dark, ink-like ground, where acid yellow, molten orange, emerald, cobalt and hot magenta gather into soft organic cells. Fine fractured lines thread through the color, while rounded pools stretch from the elastic waistband down the flared skirt, shifting in scale across the front and hem. The skater skirt has a smooth fabric hand, a mid-thigh length and an elastic waistband. Its easy flare gives the artwork room to move as you walk, turning each step into another arrangement of luminous color.
