The sleeveless skater dress has a scoop neckline, an elastic waistline and a mid-thigh flared skirt. Its smooth, elastic fabric follows the shape without stiffness, and the coverstitch hemline keeps the flare clean. Worn in motion, the swirling color feels almost waterborne.
