The dense tracery travels across the dress in one continuous field, with no quiet space to interrupt its deep-sea-meets-circuitry motion. The sleeveless skater dress has a smooth, elastic fabric and a mid-thigh flared skirt, shaped at the waist with an elastic band. Its color gathers and turns as the skirt moves, giving the dress the quick, kinetic feeling of neon currents in motion.
