The sleeveless skater dress has a smooth, elastic fabric that follows the waist before opening into a mid-thigh hem; its elastic waistline keeps the shape easy to wear. Across the skirt, bright spiral clusters gather among fine, rushing strokes, giving the dress the feeling of a small storm in motion.
