The pencil skirt sits at the mid waist and follows the body in a clean, close line, giving the fluid artwork a precise frame. Polyester with spandex makes the fabric soft and comfortable, while the stretch keeps the silhouette easy to wear. At the hem, the currents gather into a final sweep of color, like water still moving after the rest has stilled.
