Jewel Frenzy is a dense whirl of electric violet, cobalt, acid green and molten orange, its liquid curls and jewel-like glints folding into one another from waistband to hem. The pencil skirt sits close to the body with a mid-waist fit, and its soft polyester-and-spandex fabric has a little stretch.
