Two turquoise-centered eye motifs anchor the front, one near the center and another lower to the right, while fine sparkling marks fill the spaces between. The skater skirt falls to mid-thigh in a flared silhouette, with smooth fabric and an elastic waistband. Its movement gathers at the hem, where the swirling color seems to turn with every step.
