Inkstone Spiral begins in charcoal-black, its curling currents gathering into shell-like rosettes picked out in ivory, warm cream and taupe. The pattern travels continuously across the front and back, with pale spirals surfacing at the hips, center front and lower legs among the darker brushwork. The swim trunks have a relaxed, above-the-knee shape in four-way stretch, water-repellent microfiber, with an elastic waistband and drawcord. Mesh pockets, a small inside valuables pocket and an anti-chafe mesh liner keep the design practical. Against bare skin, the dark swirls read like moving water.
