Indigo Carnival begins in a deep indigo field, where rounded forms in cobalt, citrus yellow, emerald, turquoise and tangerine cluster like fragments of stained glass. Black contours keep the dense pattern legible as it travels across the legs, with larger pale motifs and curling shapes breaking through the smaller marks. The board shorts have a relaxed straight silhouette in polyester and spandex, with a quick-drying fabric, adjustable drawcord waistband and pockets at the sides and back. Against the dark ground, the bright forms ripple from waist to hem like a carnival seen in motion.
