Frizzled Spirits begins in a riot of electric cyan, hot pink, acid lime, orange and deep cobalt: black-outlined ribbons twist from waistband to hem, carrying luminous green orbs and small, wide-eyed creatures through the front and around the sides. The smooth skater skirt has a flared mid-thigh shape and an elastic waistband, with a coverstitch hemline that keeps the finish clean. Polyester and elastane give the fabric a softly flexible feel. Worn with a simple top, it lets the neon creatures do all the talking.
