Frizzled Spirits sends electric cyan, hot pink, acid lime, orange and deep cobalt through liquid, black-outlined ribbons, with luminous orbs and cartoonish creatures surfacing across the skirt. A wide-eyed, toothy figure sits near the upper front, while another appears lower down amid the swirling color; smaller faces and bubbles gather toward the sides and hem. The pencil skirt is cut close to the body with a mid-waist fit, in soft polyester with spandex for stretch. Its curved hem lets the riot of color finish like a moving comic strip.
