Fluorescent Fury is a dense voltage storm of cobalt, orange, acid yellow, cyan and hot pink, its narrow ribbon-like forms curling and crossing in every direction. The pattern gathers tightly at the waistband, then opens slightly as it travels over the flared skirt, with bright currents tracing the mid-thigh hem. The smooth fabric has a softly fluid handle, while the elastic waistband keeps the fit easy. A coverstitch hem gives the short silhouette a clean finish, leaving the color to do the moving.
