Fluorescent Frenzy is a dense vortex of electric chartreuse, acid yellow, hot magenta, cobalt and emerald, its liquid brushstrokes curling around jewel-like spots from the waistband to the curved hem. The pencil skirt follows the body with a clean, mid-waist silhouette and a soft polyester-and-spandex feel. A subtle back slit gives the close cut room to move, while the artwork keeps shifting as the wearer walks: part neon whirlpool, part hand-painted night sky.
