The sleeveless skater dress has a scoop neck, a defined elastic waist and a mid-thigh flared skirt. Its smooth, elastic fabric follows the body before opening into soft folds, while the overlock seams and coverstitch hemline keep the finish neat. In motion, the scattered flock seems to lift and settle with the skirt.
