Looping yellow forms surface near the upper left and lower front, while finer painterly streaks gather along the sides and hem, giving the pencil skirt a sense of motion. Its mid-waist, close-to-the-body silhouette keeps the vivid artwork composed, and the polyester-spandex fabric is soft with a little stretch. A curved hem softens the line, leaving the skirt poised between fluid color and precise shape.
