Ember Electric is a dense whirl of violet, fuchsia, cobalt, acid green, molten gold and scarlet, with glossy highlights and ink-like contours pulling the ribbons across the skirt in continuous motion. The skater skirt falls to mid-thigh in a soft, smooth fabric, flaring from an elastic waistband into a clean, easy shape. Overlock seams and a coverstitch hemline keep the finish neat without interrupting the artwork. In motion, the black ground gives the color a nocturnal depth, like neon currents caught mid-turn.
