Gleaming highlights and rounded pools of color break across the front, with denser vertical movement through the skirt and bright flashes gathered near the waist and hem. The skater skirt has a smooth fabric, a flared silhouette and a mid-thigh length, with an elastic waistband and a coverstitch hemline. It moves like a small whirl of neon beneath a simple top.
