The pattern travels continuously from the scoop neckline through the fitted bodice and across the flared skirt, with bright yellow ribbons and red forms breaking through the blue-black field. The sleeveless skater dress has an elastic waistline, a smooth, elastic polyester fabric and a mid-thigh hem. Its flare gives the saturated color room to move, like a painted surface caught in motion.
