Electric Impasto is a dense rush of scarlet, cobalt, violet, acid yellow and turquoise, with dark pockets and bright, scraped-looking strokes breaking across the front in a painterly, almost tactile field. The color gathers heavily at the waistband before opening through the flare, while loose vertical marks and rounded daubs animate the skirt toward its hem. The skater skirt has a mid-thigh length, smooth polyester fabric and an elastic waistband; elastane gives it stretch. It moves like a small, vivid canvas with every step.
