Electric Fervor is a rush of cobalt, cyan, magenta, orange and acid yellow: painterly ribbons and fractured organic forms cross the scooped bodice, gather densely at the waist and open out across the flared skirt, where flashes of color keep the eye moving to the hem. The sleeveless skater dress has a smooth, elastic fabric, an elastic waistline and a mid-thigh skirt.
