Electric Aviary turns lime, cyan and cobalt brushstrokes into a restless field of winglike, mineral and flame-shaped marks, their dark outlines and diagonal gestures shifting around the leg and over the foot. These are crew socks with a soft ribbed leg and a close, unisex shape. Polyester with spandex gives the fabric stretch, while the cushioned soles add substance underfoot. The artwork keeps moving as the socks do, a flash of neon motion appearing between trouser hem and shoe.
