The linework swirls continuously around the pencil skirt, gathering into rounded cellular forms at the hip and looping across the front and hem. Cut close to the body with a mid-waist fit, it is made from soft polyester with spandex for stretch. The smooth silhouette lets the neon web hold the eye from waist to hem.
