Douglas Dreams gathers electric chartreuse, ultraviolet, indigo and cyan into a painterly field of glowing orbs, looping arcs and star-like flecks. The brushwork sweeps over the crown and brim, with bright blue and yellow-green accents surfacing around the sides and underside.
