Cyan Carnival begins with electric cyan brushwork, its surface crowded by hand-drawn rings, discs and faceted fragments in orange, lemon yellow, violet, indigo and turquoise. The motifs tumble from the scoop neckline through the fitted bodice, gather around the elastic waist, then scatter across the flared skirt and shoulder straps. The sleeveless skater dress has a smooth, elastic fabric and a mid-thigh hem, with a little stretch through the close-fitting top. It moves like a bright, liquid collage when the skirt swings.
