The pattern gathers into lively curls across the scoop-neck bodice, then loosens into larger eddies over the flared skirt, continuing across the shoulder straps and hem. The sleeveless skater dress has a smooth, elastic polyester fabric, an elastic waistline and a mid-thigh skirt. Its close upper shape gives way to movement below, like a small color storm gathered around the body.
