The currents run diagonally across the skirt, gathering into rounded, jewel-like pools among finer flicks and eddies; the pattern keeps moving from the mid-waist through the hem. The pencil skirt sits close to the body with a mid-waist fit, and its polyester-spandex fabric is soft with a little stretch.
