Chromatic Pebble Garden begins as a dense field of cobalt blue, leafy green, lemon yellow, scarlet and white pebble shapes, each picked out with fine dark contours. The mosaic runs continuously down the leg and across the foot, with small color clusters shifting as the sock bends. These are crew socks with a soft ribbed leg, stretchy polyester and spandex, and a cushioned sole. The pattern brings a bright, gallery-like jolt to a simple outfit, glimpsed between trouser hems or set against sandals at home.
