Chromatic Maelstrom is a painterly whirl of cyan, cobalt, scarlet, tangerine, lime, violet and hot pink, its glossy strokes and fine flecks sweeping upward across the sides, wrapping the heel and spilling over the toe. The high top shape gives the artwork a clean vertical frame, while the canvas upper keeps the profile casual.
