On the bodice, the swirls gather closely around the scoop neckline and waist before opening into larger rings and flowing marks across the flared skirt, where the color shifts with every fold. The sleeveless skater dress has a smooth, elastic fabric, an elastic waistline and a mid-thigh hem. It moves like a small whirl of color around the legs.
