The windmills repeat across the bodice and flared skirt, with grasses and blooms filling the spaces between them. The sleeveless skater dress has a scoop neckline, a defined elastic waist, and a mid-thigh skirt that swings out from the body. Its smooth, elastic polyester fabric follows the fitted bodice before giving the print room to spread across the flare. The result is a pastoral scene that seems to turn as the skirt moves.
