Carlo Galli Bibiena sends electric yellow, vein-like ribbons up a midnight-blue ground, with cyan pools, violet sparks, scarlet flashes and fine architectural lines threading through the pattern. On the socks, the artwork runs continuously from cuff to toe, shifting between broad molten forms, small outlined shapes and starry blue intervals. The crew-length silhouette has a soft ribbed leg and cushioned soles, with polyester and spandex giving the fabric stretch. Bright under a trouser hem or left visible with shorts, they bring a little midnight circuitry to each step.
