Blue Flame Bloom sets electric cobalt against curling currents of orange, turquoise, lime and yellow, with mineral-like flecks scattered through the painterly surface. Large, fluid motifs gather around the upper skirt before breaking into smaller swirls and sparks as they travel toward the hem, keeping the pattern in motion across the flare. The skater skirt has a smooth, softly flexible feel, a mid-thigh length and an elastic waistband. Its clean flare gives the saturated artwork room to move, like a bright current caught mid-turn.
