Blackwater Etch sends black-and-white ribbons, curls and sharp fragments in constant motion across the backpack, from the broad front field to the flap, sides and straps; dense whorls gather beside long, carved-looking streaks, so the surface changes as it curves. The minimalist backpack has a clean, softly rounded silhouette in water-resistant polyester, with a silky lining and soft mesh back. Inside, a large pocket includes a separate space for a 15-inch laptop, while the top zipper has two sliders. On the back, the pattern disappears into a dark pocket and strap system, like ink receding into shadow.
