Bernhard Swirl gathers black, white and smoke-gray rings, fractured blocks and blurred brushlike streaks into a restless monochrome field. On the shoes, circular motifs cluster across the toe boxes and outer sides, while smaller forms continue over the vamp and around the heel, giving each step a shifting rhythm. The slip-on canvas shoes have a low profile, padded collar and tongue, and elastic side accents. A breathable lining, soft removable insole and EVA rubber outsole shape the wear. Against denim or a dark trouser, the pair reads like two small moving compositions.
