Arcade Ocean sends turquoise, molten orange, magenta and ultramarine shapes in dense, scalloped bands from the waistband to the hem, with dark ink-like outlines and small white flecks breaking through the painterly color. The skater skirt has a flared, mid-thigh silhouette that lets those bands expand as the shape moves, while the smooth polyester-and-elastane fabric gives it a clean, close surface.
