Amber Undertow sends charcoal, olive, ochre, amber and muted coral currents through spirals, shell-like forms and liquid whorls, with fine dark outlines giving the dense pattern a painterly depth. On these crew socks, the motifs run from the ribbed leg to the toe, while the heel and cushioned sole are black; each sock carries a slightly different flow of the artwork. Polyester with spandex gives the fabric stretch, and the soles are cushioned. Worn with cropped trousers or shown at the ankle, they bring a nocturnal swirl to an otherwise quiet outfit.
