Amber Stratigraphy moves in long, fluid bands of amber, warm gray, milky white and charcoal, with fine contour lines winding around a rounded mineral-like form on the front and deeper swirls gathering towards the lower half. The same layered rhythm continues across the garment, giving the drawstring bag the presence of a small geological study. Its straightforward shape carries easily as a backpack, while the drawstring closure gathers the top and twin cotton handles offer another way to hold it. Dark straps frame the marbled surface, like a border around shifting stone.
