Alien Current is a deep midnight whirl of electric lime, violet, cyan and acid pink, threaded with ivory and ember-orange flashes. Long ribbons stream down the legs, while rounded green eddies gather across the front and smaller orange sparks punctuate the flow, giving the whole surface a sense of motion. The men's board shorts have a straightforward knee-length shape in quick-drying polyester with spandex, finished with an adjustable drawcord waistband. Side pockets and a flap-covered rear pocket keep the practical details close. The result is a vivid current of color made for sand, water and late light.
