Afterdark Swirl sends electric ribbons of lemon yellow, molten orange, acid lime, cyan and hot magenta through a midnight-navy ground, their ink-like contours and fine speckles curling from the high waistband to the hem. The pencil skirt sits at the mid waist and follows the body in a clean, close silhouette, with the continuous marbling keeping the eye moving around the piece. Polyester with spandex gives the fabric a soft, comfortable stretch, while the curved hem adds a small shift in line. It reads like neon current against the night.
