The pencil skirt sits at the mid waist and follows the body in a close silhouette, its polyester-and-spandex fabric soft with a little stretch. A sheer-looking lower edge gives the vivid pattern a lighter finish as it curves around the hem, turning the skirt into a moving field of color.
