The liquid bands sweep across the scoop neckline and bodice, gather around the waist, then break into smaller currents over the flared skirt, with bright green accents surfacing among the lower motifs. The sleeveless skater dress has a smooth, elastic fabric, an elastic waistline and a mid-thigh hem. Its close-fitting top opens into an easy flare, letting the marbling shift as the skirt moves.
