Abstract Undertow sends black brushwork through a white field of spirals, concentric rings, streaks and rounded fragments; on the shoe, the marks wrap from the toe and sides up around the ankle, with dense strokes broken by small circular motifs. The men's high top canvas shoes have a straightforward lace-up shape, a padded collar and a breathable lining, with a soft insole underfoot. A faux leather toe cap and matching white EVA rubber outsole keep the monochrome artwork framed in clean lines, like ink still moving around the foot.
