The close-cut pencil silhouette keeps the composition focused, while the soft polyester-and-spandex fabric follows the body with a little stretch. Its mid-waist fit gives the skirt a clean, grounded line; the curved hem adds a subtle shift as you move. Worn with a simple top, it reads like a fragment of an imagined underwater city.
